Plot outline:
Billionaire George Wade depends on his brilliant attorney, Lucy Kelson, to run not only his company but his life, too. George treats Lucy more like a nanny than a lawyer – and finally Lucy has had enough. George agrees to let her out of her contract, but only if she finds him a replacement. She hires an ambitious young lawyer, but when Lucy is set to leave, George realizes that he may be in love with her.
